Perfectly said. I've had this verse in my head lately.
2 Corinthians 12: 9-10
9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

My goodness, there is so much good news in this post! Sometimes I'm afraid I'm not the best soil for the Lord's message, because I'm such a doubter. Tell me news this good, and it short-circuits my brain! But I'll keep listening, of course, because news this good is...what's the word...AWESOME! :-)

Thank you for writing this. The story has been one of my favorites and I reflect on it often. It has taught me so much, in so many areas and I hope your posting will entice others to read Joseph's entire story and glean as much from it as I have. Be Blessed!
